HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE?

To open an account in just three clicks:

  1.      On the homepage, click on the "sign in" link in the top, right-hand corner. Once you reach the page, click on "create an account".
  2.      Fill out the account form with your personal details, e-mail address, password etc.
  3.      Click on the bottom of the page to confirm your registration and you will receive confirmation via e-mail.

PS: While your mobile phone number is not required, it is recommended to make it easier for you to track your order.



HOW CAN I OBTAIN JEAN D’AVEZE AND/OR WEIL SAMPLES SO I CAN TRY THE PRODUCTS?

If you want to test Jean d’Avèze and/or Weil products before placing an order, go to the "samples" section.

  1.      Choose any six samples you wish.
  2.      You will need to pay preparation costs of €3.96 for the order.
  3.      The samples will be delivered along with a discount code.
  4.      When you place your first full order via the website, enter your discount code and the €3.96 will be automatically reimbursed.


HOW LONG CAN I KEEP A PRODUCT AFTER OPENING IT?

We indicate the PAO (Period After Opening) date on each of our products. You will notice an icon on our boxes showing an open pot, indicating how long you should keep it. Once a product is open, the PAO is usually between nine months (9M) and 12 months (12M).


ARE THE PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No. Our finished products are not tested on animals. AROLI sponsors a bee hive with the association "un toit pour les abeilles" (a home for bees) to help save bees and develop bee colonies. Find out more



HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail indicating how to track its delivery.
